Terms of Service
These terms govern the coordination services provided by Northbridge Care Services. A more detailed engagement letter is signed at the start of every retained engagement.

01.Nature of services
We coordinate medical care delivered by independent Belgian healthcare providers. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment ourselves. Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating clinicians and the patient.
02.Engagement
Coordination begins only after a written engagement letter is signed and any agreed retainer is settled. Until then, communications are informational and impose no obligation on either side.
03.Fees
Our fees are quoted in advance and itemised. Hospital, accommodation and travel costs are charged at cost to the patient. We accept no fees, commissions or referral payments from medical providers.
04.Confidentiality
We are bound by non-disclosure to every client. This obligation survives the end of an engagement indefinitely.
05.Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the coordination services we directly provide. We are not liable for the medical acts of independent treating clinicians. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
06.Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.
