This policy describes how Northbridge Care Services collects, processes and protects personal data. It applies to any individual who contacts us, engages our services, or visits this website.

02.Data we collect
Identification data (name, country of residence). Contact data (email, telephone, encrypted handles). Medical data, only when you choose to provide it after engaging us. Logistical data necessary to coordinate travel, accommodation and treatment.
03.Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of our service contract with you (article 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in operating a coordination service (article 6(1)(f)), and — for medical data — your explicit consent (article 9(2)(a)).
04.Retention
Enquiry data is retained for twelve months from last contact. Client files are retained for ten years from the close of engagement, in line with Belgian medical record-keeping conventions. Beyond these periods, data is irreversibly deleted.
05.Sharing
We share information only with the Belgian medical institutions treating you, and only with your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties for any commercial purpose.
06.Security
All written communication is conducted through encrypted channels. Files are held in encrypted storage with access restricted to assigned coordinators. All staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements going beyond statutory medical confidentiality.
07.Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any right, contact privacy@northbridgemedicalservices.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
